What are Balance Alerts and how do they work?
- Balance Alerts are email messages sent when your account reaches a specific balance which you set.
- You may set a minimum and/or maximum on each deposit account.
- For example if your account drops below $500, send an alert, or if the account goes above $3000 send and alert.
What type of deposit accounts qualify for Balance Alerts?
When are Balance Alerts generated?
- Balance Alerts will generate twice each day, once in the early morning and once again in the late afternoon.
How do I setup my Balance Alerts?
- In Internet Banking select the Preference menu
- Select Balance Alerts under the Preference menu
- Check the Alert’s box
- Fill in your desired Minimum and Maximum amounts
- Verify the email address is correct, if not you can change it by selecting Change Email
- Select Continue and Submit Changes
