Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce our new Internet
Banking service. During the switchover to this new service, your
password was reset for security purposes. Your Temporary Password
is now the full Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
used to open your Internet Banking account.
To login to your new Internet Banking account,
please follow the link below and enter your original User
ID and Temporary Password where prompted.
After you login, you will be required to change your Temporary Password.
If you have any problems accessing your Internet Banking account,
please contact our office. You must login and change your password
before October 10th, or your account will be disabled and you will
have to contact Customer Service to be re-activated.
If you have any questions, please contact Customer
Service at 225-923-0232 and ask for the Internet Banking help desk.
If you are currently an online Bill Pay customer, your login and
password will not change.
